what would you pay for the LGTU trade paperback?

it totaled up to 260 pages.

my overhead is not cheap, but i don't want to charge over 20 bucks.

there are 30 + pages of extras, including sketches/pin-ups by some really great artists and friends of mine.

do you think 20 is too high for this?





ps. i'm getting married in 6 days! almost 5!

is it 260 + 30 or is the 30 pages of bonus stuff included in the page count? either way thats almost 300 pages which I'd buy for 20 bucks. congrats on getting married in almost five days

I'd probably pay about 15 or so, I know those are more pricey to print, so I wouldn't want to underpay... I dunno, but I'm way excited to get my hands on a copy.

see, statements like this make me worry that 20 is too high...but it's a heavy page count and my overhead is pretty damn steep.

Is it all black and white or does it have some pages in color?
I know you use Ka-Blam, so i'm familiar with them charging full color rate, even if the main part of the book is all B/W.
I'm selling mine in $13.99, it's a 274 pages, B/W book, so maybe you can use that as reference.
Anyway, i will buy it anyway, i neglected to buy the individual issues, because i was actually waiting for the trade, heh.

Have you shopped around to other places? I think $20 isn't an UNFAIR price, but a lot of people may not give it a chance. Like, I think your fans will definitely buy it, it's the ones who have maybe heard about it and want to give it a shot that may be hesitant w/ a $20 price tag.
